Dry, steam and Indian saunas
Sauna bathing is one way to quickly eliminate physical and mental fatigue, improve your immunity and, most importantly, improve your health. It contributes to inner well-being and purifies the organism.
In our wellness centre you will find 3 types of saunas:
- dry sauna
- steam sauna
- Indian / Ayurvedic swedanam - full-body herbal sauna in a steam chamber (with the addition of Ayurvedic medicine)
After the treatments or exercise you can enjoy a relaxing time in the relaxation room with a cup of herbal tea.
